As a Talent Specialist and Virtual HR Manager, I bring over 20 years of corporate experience, specializing in human resources and operations management.​
My career began in Radiography, where I developed a strong foundation in understanding people and their needs. This curiosity about human behavior and workplace dynamics led me to pursue a qualification in Industrial Psychology, which marked the start of a rewarding journey in HR and Operations Management within the Aerospace and Defence industry. This path eventually led to my role as CEO of a distribution company.
Recognizing the growing demand for flexible work solutions, I launched my own business to focus on talent acquisition and tailored HR services. With extensive experience in technical operations, transitioning into recruitment—particularly for technical and support roles—felt like a natural progression.
Embracing entrepreneurship has been both challenging and deeply rewarding, allowing me to deliver impactful results for my clients.​
