Behind the Business
As a Talents Specialist and virtual HR Manager, I have accumulated over 20 years of corporate experience, overseeing human resources and operations.
I started my career in Radiography, gaining a profound understanding of the impact of life events on the human psyche and physique. However, my curiosity about how workplaces operate led me to pursue a qualification in Industrial Psychology. This shift paved the way for a fulfilling journey as an HR/Operations Manager in the Aerospace and Defence industry, ultimately leading to my role as CEO at a Distribution company
The onset of the Covid-19 pandemic swiftly transformed remote work from an abstract concept to a tangible reality. Recognizing this transformative shift, I saw it as an opportunity to venture onto a new path and establish my own business.
Having dedicated significant time to operations within the tech industry, the transition into recruiting technical and support staff felt like a natural progression for me. Embracing the role of an entrepreneur, or as some call it, a solopreneur, presented its share of challenges. However, I am pleased to say that I have reaped the rewards of giving it my all.
I find joy in my role, where my main focus is creating the perfect match between candidates and organizations.
